California's Great America Blogger & Influencer Program

We’re thrilled that you’re interested in working with us. We have another exciting season planned this year featuring new attractions fantastic food and more.

We’re looking for Bloggers, YouTubers and Social Influencers to help tell our story. Whether you’re a thrill-seeker, a young family or just a group of friends looking to have some fun, California’s Great America & South Bay Shores Waterpark has something for everyone.

This season, we’re looking for bloggers and influencers to come out to the park for a day of fun and thrills to help cover the following topics and events:

  • NorCal County Fair
  • South Bay Shores Waterpark
  • Invites to special events and/or behind-the-scenes access

If chosen, you will each receive:

  • One-day admission tickets for you and your immediate family or for you and a friend
  • Free parking
  • Food vouchers for your group
  • Access to news and updates issued to media

Participants will be asked to produce great content highlighting their visit to the park and these special events. Requirements for this content are as follows:

Bloggers

  • Content must include a detailed blog post, created on your website
  • Blog posts must be made available within 3 days of visit
  • Content must be shared across all social channels that writers maintain
  • Links to content must be shared with the California’s Great America Communications Team

Influencers

  • Influencers must post 3-4 pictures/videos/stories/live updates on each of their social platform highlighting their experience at the park
  • Links to content must be shared with the California’s Great America Communications Team

Failure to follow these guidelines will result in future denial of partnership. In all cases, photography of any kind is prohibited on the rides at California’s Great America. This includes GoPro, Google Glasses and other small recording devices.

For consideration, please fill out the form below. Our team will only contact you should your request be approved. Due to the high volume of requests, we receive, any request or inquiry sent by e-mail, our website's Contact Us form, or by phone will not be reviewed.

At California's Great America, we're happy to work with content creators who support our park values and are excited to help tell our story.

However, we will not work with creators whose content or personal activity:

• Does not support our park values (Integrity, Courtesy, Inclusiveness, Safety, Service, Cleanliness);
• Bullies, harasses or discriminates against other people or associates, online or in the park;
• Shows behind-the-scenes or restricted areas without park approval;
• Shares park insider information (including, but not limited to photos, video, documents or details about future events/attractions) without park approval;
• Actively spreads misinformation about company policies, programs or associates;
• Violates park safety rules, code of conduct or creator guidelines;
• Includes copyright infringement and/or unauthorized use of Six Flags' intellectual property;
• Portrays the park, or any other Six Flags park, in an inappropriate manner.

We believe in supporting inclusive and positive online communities and will review previously posted content when considering partnerships.
