Earn $19 An Hour As A Lifeguard at California’s Great America South Bay Shores Water Park

Being a lifeguard is one of the most exciting and important jobs a young person can hold. The experience teaches skills like teamwork, problem-solving and communication, which will help prepare you for future jobs. Many consider it the best summer job they ever had!

For teens and young adults looking for a summer job where every day is an opportunity to make a difference, promote safety, help others, and have fun, comsider applying for a lifeguard position at California’s Great America South Bay Shores Water Park. Lifeguard positions start at $19 an hour.

California’s Great America provides the award-winning Ellis & Associates aquatics training program and CPR certification at no cost to lifeguard candidates. South Bay Shores lifeguards receive competitive pay rates, great hours and the opportunity to be part of a fun team. 

Great America offers flexible schedules and many perks for associates including discounts on food and merchandise, awards and recognition programs, exclusive employee events, and complimentary tickets for friends and family.
 
South Bay Shores opens for the 2022 season on May 28 and is included with admission to California’s Great America.
