June 8 and 9, 2013

On June 8, California’s Great America invites Boy Scouts from around the region for a day of thrills and fun. In addition to the excitement of our new Gold Striker roller coaster, the tallest and fastest wooden coaster in Northern California, classics like Flight Deck, Demon and Drop Tower will ensure a fun-filled outing for your entire troop. Plus, you’ll receive a Scout Patch to honor the occasion.

Later in the day, Scout specific activities will take center stage. At 5 p.m., there will be a Troop Karaoke Contest at the 50s Gazebo. Here your troop can demonstrate their singing and dancing skills before a live audience. A private dinner from 6-7 p.m. in the Picnic Pavilion will feature (name food items), and a Scout Showcase from 9-10 p.m. will entertain everyone skits, dance routines and songs from fellow scouts.

You can return June 9 for a second consecutive day of thrills and fun with your scouting family.
