We’re bringing New Orleans back to California again! Well, not all of it, but a taste of it! Find all your favorite New Orleans style foods and all the beer you've been dying to try right here at Great America this weekend, July 14-15, and next, July 21-22, at Taste of Orleans.

This year we are bringing many fan favorites back to Taste of Orleans, but we also have a lot that’s new—and we are excited to share!

New for 2018

Our Executive Chef Erick Ponce and our incredible culinary team has put together a delicious new menu featuring many different kinds of New Orleans inspired food.

It’s not an Orleans event if alligators aren’t featured. This year we are adding Beer Battered Alligator Bites with a zesty sweet dipping sauce to the tasting menu!

Cajun Meatballs are sure to be a new fan favorite on the Taste of Orleans menu!

This is not your average Po’Boy. This Louisiana style Shrimp Po’Boy is glazed with a mouthwatering Remoulade sauce!

America’s favorite vegetable is getting a twist at Taste of Orleans. Corn season has just begun, and our new Cajun Corn is a must try!

Finally, welcome our new aesthetically pleasing sweet treat to the menu, Mason Jar King Cake.

Grab your food and drink, and take a seat to enjoy our new live entertainment—including exciting jazz and cajun bands!

To close each night of the festival, there will be a fireworks show set to Cajun music that will light up the sky. But this year we are making it bigger and better by ending the night even more spectacularly with a special light show down the midway, leading up to the fireworks show. We’ll see you there!
