If I already purchased 4 or more Season Passes, how do I take advantage of this new lower price?

Online Purchases:
Guests who ordered 4 or more Season Passes online can now request a credit on the difference between the purchase price and the new lower price. Please contact us through email and include your contact information and order number. Guests who wish to request a credit over the phone can reach us Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm at 408-986-5853. 

Deferred Payment Purchases (Buy Now, Pay Later):
Guests who purchased 4 or more Adult Season Passes are not required to submit a request. Orders that will be charged March 1st will be at the new lower price and this process will be automated, so no action is required.

Can I take advantage of this lower price if I bought less than 4 Season Passes?

Yes. Guests who purchased less than 4 Season Passes can take advantage of this special promotion by upgrading their order to the 4 or more offer, so that their new order, combined with their initial purchase, consists of 4 Regular Season Passes.

How can I take advantage of this offer if I have children who qualify for the Junior/Senior Season Pass?

Guests may find that by ordering Regular Season Passes as an alternative to Junior/Senior Season Passes can lower their overall purchase price. For example, guests who purchased 2 Regular Season Passes and 2 Junior/Senior Season Pass will save if they purchase 4 Regular Season Passes on the 4 Or More offer.

Guests who already purchased Season Passes and would like to “upgrade” to the 4 Or More can contact us through email or over the phone Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm at 408-986-5853.

What is the current price of a single Season Pass?
