*Paul Nussbaum was diagnosed with autism when in his forties, and is currently in his fifties. Despite having autism, he has had a full life including earning a college degree, honorable service in the military and has started his own handy man service to make ends meet. Additionally, he has organized a winter expedition across Yosemite to raise awareness for autism, and is co-founder of an autism social support group. Current projects include writing a manuscript for a book and planning an expedition across Greenland to raise international awareness for autism. He has been a key note speaker on a number of autism related occasions and consults with organizations to help develop effective programs.
